You sign up
Head to the Get Started page and give us your first name and mobile number. That's it — no app, no account to create, no password to remember.

Priscille texts you first
Soon after you sign up, you'll get a text message from Priscille introducing herself. From then on, it's just texting back and forth, like you would with a friend.

You text whenever you want
Ask a question, tell her about your day, or just say hello. There's no wrong reason to text. She checks in from time to time too, so you're not starting from zero every time.

She slows things down when it matters
If something sounds like it might be a scam, or you're being pressured to decide something quickly, Priscille will ask questions before encouraging you to act — and point you toward a professional or a trusted person when it counts.

You're always in control
Reply STOP at any time and you'll stop receiving texts, no questions asked. Reply HELP if you need a hand.
