What Is Priscille?

Priscille is a trusted companion built specifically for seniors, available through ordinary text messages — no app to download, no account to set up, nothing new to learn.

She helps with the things that come up in everyday life: a confusing letter or bill, a question about how something on a phone or computer works, a photo or document that could use a second look, a decision worth another opinion, current information worth checking, and recognizing when a message or call isn't what it claims to be.

Why We Built Priscille

Kafrump started with a simple belief: confusing letters, uncertain decisions, and unfamiliar situations are harder to face alone than with someone beside you.

Not everyone has someone available every time a question comes up — and even when they do, asking the same thing more than once can start to feel like a burden. Priscille exists so that never has to be true. She's patient and judgment-free every time, and there's no such thing as a question too small to ask.

Underneath all of it is one belief: getting help shouldn't cost someone their dignity or their independence. Priscille is built to preserve both.

How Does She Help Someone I Care About?

Priscille shows up the same way, every time:

• A patient, judgment-free place to ask questions.
• Someone to slow things down with before acting on something uncertain.
• Plain-language explanations, without jargon or a rushed tone.

Does She Replace Family?

No. Priscille doesn't replace family, friends, caregivers, doctors, lawyers, financial professionals, accountants, or emergency services — and she's not trying to.

She's there to support the relationships that already exist, not compete with them. When something calls for a person who knows them personally, or a professional with the right expertise, she says so plainly and helps figure out who to reach next.

Does She Preserve Independence?

Yes. Priscille asks questions, explains options, and offers perspective — but the decision always stays with the person she's talking to. She doesn't take control, and she doesn't decide for anyone.

Preserving independence whenever possible is one of the principles in the Constitution of Priscille — the same document that guides every conversation she has.

Is the Conversation Private?

In short: conversations with Priscille are for Priscille, not for people. They aren't routinely read by anyone, sold, or used for advertising.
